When I was a cashier they trained us not to greet people with “Hi, how are you?” just “Hi” because some people will tell you their whole life story holding up the line.

This tastes awful and it’s your fault!
That’s enough internet for you.
I see you haven’t watched MiB, and you should.
You can configure an individual song to be excluded from your taste profile, it’ll be like you never played it.
Yeah I think it’s recent and I’m really grateful because my Discover Weekly would be 90% my vibe and then randomly a cheery broadway musical would play lol. Nothing wrong with that genre, but after a calm instrumental song it’s a bit jarring haha.
I had this “problem” with Spotify, I fixed it by putting my daughter’s music in its own playlist which I configured to “Exclude from my taste profile”. Maybe something similar exists for Siri/Apple music?
Ummm…huuh…the best…damn…community on this lemmy instance!
This morning on CBC Radio the BQ are ecstatic to be a key player within a minority government and expressed that they are more than open to work with any party on Canadian interests that align with Québec’s. With the tariffs affecting both Québec and the rest of Canada I think there is common ground for the near future where the Liberals work with the BQ. It’s an interesting time to follow Canadian and Québec politics.
That’s a convulated way to say corporate backed social media

cutofmyjib@lemmy.cato Tuta: Secure Email@lemmy.world•Does tuta calendar really not have national holidays included by default?English4·2 months agoJust a guess, but to auto-populate a calendar with country specific national and regional holidays would require either using (storing) a user’s IP geolocation or asking the user to reveal their country location. Either of which, I feel, goes against Tuta’s privacy philosophy.
There’s also a chance that a good chunk of Tuta users are behind a VPN lol, so IP geolocation is no bueno.
We can also download and import holiday calendars into Tuta: https://www.calendarlabs.com/ical-calendar/

It was acquired by Visa and today the only game in town is either Visa or MasterCard as other commenters have said.
