It’s not bad to hate any religion imo. As long as the hater isn’t conflating religion with race/ethnicity it’s all kosher. The real problem here is that if a lot of people hear you say that, chances are high that some idiot will misunderstand what you meant and form an angry mob. If you know any significant number of people that voted for the rapist it’s hard to ignore the distinct possibility he actually won. I hope it comes to light that he didn’t and he gets booted, but lots of people are still cheering this on. I have family members cheering this on, so anecdotally I feel like he got the votes
