Kejriwal was not directly involved with the excise policy committee but ED claims he must be indirectly linked because he is CM. They first summoned him for questioning in October 2023.
I think 3 years is enough to reach conviction in a case.

As far as I know they started investigation in 2021 and still can’t reach a conviction yet.
