Hi, I am wondering how strict security-related jobs are about nationalities in Sweden? If you are non-EU citizen, are there chances to get infosec jobs here? Thank you!

k849l3yYou can probably get a job in cybersecurity. For instance at a university or a company. However, you’ll most likely never get a job in anything that is critical to infrastructure, even if you become a Swedish citizen.
For instance FRA, MUST, and SÄPO would probably dismiss you immediately simply for being born outside of Sweden, and especially if outside of the EU. It is less of a risk for them to pick someone who is born in Sweden and has no other nationality.
