Hi, I am wondering how strict security-related jobs are about nationalities in Sweden? If you are non-EU citizen, are there chances to get infosec jobs here? Thank you!

It really depends on what country.

Anything in the private sector aimed at private sector (except military) yeah, others not so much.

Probably depends on the job and the country you’re actually from.

Not a problem.

Yes you can, but some jobs will require security clearance, and that you wont get. So it really depends.

You should be more descriptive than “non-EU”

it’s gotten a lot stricter, you won’t be able to work in any high security work

You can probably get a job in cybersecurity. For instance at a university or a company. However, you’ll most likely never get a job in anything that is critical to infrastructure, even if you become a Swedish citizen.
For instance FRA, MUST, and SÄPO would probably dismiss you immediately simply for being born outside of Sweden, and especially if outside of the EU. It is less of a risk for them to pick someone who is born in Sweden and has no other nationality.

Kollar i facit på senaste årens avslöjanden från FRA, MUST och SÄPO and skrattar in invandrare.

I don’t think you’re qualified.

Yes there are, at least at private companies. Government and military industries probably not.
