Ghost Commander may work for this. I’ve not tried sftp myself, but on opening it I do see the option there, so it might be worth a try.
Yes! Ghost Commander is open source and it’s able to transfer via sftp

I don’t know if it’s open source or not, sorry, but I use MiXplorer and it does everything I need, including SFTP.
