There are a few other FOSS CRM options, too. Never tried them but OnlyOffice has one, GNU Enterprise, SuiteCRM, Dolibarr, etc https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_CRM_systems IMO, the move would be to pick one and build integration for FOSS PM tools.
