It isn’t even a matter of skill, it’s a matter of attention + basic file management and/or workflow process.

I cannot imagine a scenario where the one editing the image is actually responsible for this fuck up.

If I had to guess, I would assume the social media management team accessed the editors computer without their knowledge.

Either this or the editor was high as fuck.
