I feed the squirrels in my backyard. And the dove, and the grackles, and the crows, and the cardinals, etc. the problem i have with squirrels is they just eat everything, and while cheap, bird feed costs me money, and i cant afford to keep feeding the fuckers all the time.
Fairness is something that nature is not really into. I wish I could feed the birds in my area but I am worried I would be making a buffet for cats, squirrels, and the odd rat that I see climbing around on the overhead lines.
