“Without a stable logistics chain, any push into your frontline would become an impossible stretch for the opposing military force. If they’re unable to resupply ammunition, they’ll employ “shoot and retract” tactics. Wherein, the opposing Fascist force would enact raid-style pushes then quickly retract back into their defended lines, as a way to pull your forces right where the enemy wants them, out of safety. If they’re unable to resupply food, however, expect suicidal wave formations, and expect surrenders from the enemy forces as their bellies overtake their minds, and they rethink their position in the war. It is possible to cripple a small force simply by salting their fields, and slaughtering their cattle. As well, it’s equally possible to cripple a larger force by bombing their depots and raiding their supply convoys.”
