What is not in the article is that the problem is basically built into Islam since there are four reliable muslim male witnesses required in order to punish a rapist and when those witnesses are not available often the women is punished since she admitted with her rape allegations that she had extramarital sex.

    That is not a blocker. Everyone has access to translation services, and lots of people can read Arabic or have friends who can read Arabic.
