They brought a local trans girl on stage and signed her dress, then had everyone chanting fuck the king and viva Palestine. Overall 10/10 will see them again
They also granted her wish and made everyone let her crowdsurf for the entirety of the next song, then paused halfway through the song and gave a speech about solidarity and standing up against fascism.
i remember seeing them not long after brutalism and they were so good. no chance of getting tickets after they released joy… though
Fuck yeah. I slam danced to idles once. It was awesome
They came into the crowd like 5 times, either crowd surfing while playing or literally just standing in the middle of a pit with people holding their instrument cords up so everyone running in circles wouldn’t trip.
I love them. Danny Nedelco is such a lefty athem. Fuck yeah fight bigotry with punk rock!!!
That was their closer at this show
Fuck all Kings obviously, but which King?
Apparently they only started doing that chant a couple months ago, but obviously the British king because they’re from the UK.
All their merch has “No Kings” or “No Gods. No Kings.” Printed on it
Oh cool! For reason I thought they were from Germany. I don’t know why. Cheers!
I saw them pre pandemic at a 500 cap venue. They were fantastic.
We brought a friend who had never heard of them and they immediately became a fan lol. I think the fact that Joe drips with charisma helps
