By not murdering people en masse to achieve change, but through slow organic growth of support to secure a mandate. It’s happening, but too slowly for tankies. They want to skip all that by mass murdering elected officials and government emoyees and their families, taking power without any kind of public support outside their own faction, then having to continue the mass murdering of dissidents to hold that power.
