And not just the obvious stuff like this, but also subtle stuff like how women’s professional performances are often seen as worse when not blinded.

Which sucks, because tech needs women. Badly.
The first step will be for more and more of tech management to actually confront their misogyny. And not just the obvious stuff like this, but also subtle stuff like how women’s professional performances are often seen as worse when not blinded.
There is lots to fix. Including the pipe line of Linux devs into the industry.
