    If this comm weren’t on .world I could offer a green solution to this. But since it’s here, hopefully these workers have seen the errors of their ways and apply to credit unions or other not incredibly evil companies ran by future ghosts.

    The biggest benefit for JPMorgan is free labour.

    When people remote work they sign in and out at the right times. When they’re on site they have the unhealthy pressure it come in early or work late - whether that’s to avoid longer commutes or to “look good” in the toxic work place culture.

    All of that is free labour for JPMogran.
