You probably already know California has decided to really crack down on car modifications, including passing a law about exhaust noise that’s so restrictive some owners with factory exhaust systems have been cited for violations. Him getting exhaust volume tickets makes sense, sort of, but he has been previously ticketed for not having a California driver’s license when he is not a resident and does not need a CA license to drive there.
