Something funny is going on at Lemm.ee. The admin is suddently ban hammer happy too.
That and all the mods removed from here is kinds strange.
Anyone have any word on what’s up and why the drastic changes in attitude and all of the sudden bans?

Lemm.ee is a bunch of new admins, so it’s not longer as friendly to differing opinions as it once was.
Which a bunch of Lemmy Democrats are gonna cheer and advertise about.
Probably a good idea for us to find a new conservative community.

EDIT: I’m not defending Nazi’s or Nazi salutes. I didn’t see the post and I haven’t seen any describe it other than “it was a Nazi salute!” Does anyone want to actually describe the post? What did it say? Was it a meme? Was it Musk? Was it a random pic?
You misunderstood, I’ve never wanted this to be an echo chamber. I came here looking for conversations but found that the echo chamber was already well established. I want the echo chamber and it’s supporters to fuck ALL the way off.
Please find a post anywhere in this community with a diverse opinion, god knows you never posted anything that tried to pop the bubble. It’s boot licking and cruelty all the way down.

I’m done entertaining you. Conservative communities on multiple instances are some of the most downvoted places in all of Lemmy because of their absolute refusal to be open minded in the face of actual Nazi-ism and fascism. Any such place should be unwelcome anywhere.
Because Lemmy is mostly democrat/lib. Not because all information posted by conservatives is bad. You all use the terms “nazi” and “facist” way too much. And many just use it as a base insult, without any other meaning.
When you see a brown duck, you call it a brown duck. I’m seeing Nazis and Fascists, so I’m using those words.
I’ve been anti-Nazi and anti-fascist in all my comments. They keep defending conservativism. Something tells me they believe conservative = Nazi, but as usual they’re projecting hard.
They’re victims. They have to be victims or their whole schtick doesn’t work.
It’s how fascists work. Always being attacked. Always on the defense. That way their deplorable actions are “justified”.
Cool. And that’s one of the reasons that Democrats lost the election. So keep doing that and see what happens next election too.
Democrats lost because Republicans ran a disinformation campaign to stoke fear and hatred among easily influenced Americans.
There is no reality in which I, or any decent person, will stop calling fascists fascists.
Assuming there is a next election, our nation will be in such steep decline, the pendulum will easily swing back to Democrats. It’s the American way. Vote in Republicans. Economy tanks. Everyone’s mad. Vote back in Democrats. Economy gets better. Republicans run another hate/fear campaign and get back in, tank the economy, rinse and repeat.
So nothing to worry about then, right? :)
As an intelligent American (you wouldn’t know anything about that), I prefer our economy not to oscillate between tanking and recovering endlessly because low-IQ voters such as yourself keep giving failures chances to run the show.
