Had a nightmare about that Person From My Past choking me and then acting all innocent while I begged and pleaded for them to leave me alone, only to show how manipulative they were as soon as we were alone. Woke up and checked my call log, they haven’t tried again but am honestly surprised at the hold they still have over me.
Oh, and it all was happening in the house I grew up in Bendigo, so I guess that’s just another layer of ick.

because violent and manipulative people are like that 24 hours a day, that’s a lot of behaviours and events to rethink
every little thing they have done and do is fake except maybe when they are on their own and doing something like watching tv
and hugs, because there aren’t enough hugs in life
