The students of Thakur College in Mumbai were forced to attend a session hosted by Union Minister & BJP leader Piyush Goyal’s son, with the management shutting exits and confiscating ID cards despite an exam due the next day.

With an exam due the next day, the students of the Thakur College of Science & Commerce were forced into walking up to the seventh floor for a BJP event that was sprung up on them.

Once there, the students realised that Dhruv Goyal, son of Union Minister Piyush Goyal was the spokesman at the session which was all about Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP’s achievements so to speak.

Apparently, once at the meeting, students who were video recording the event were pulled up and ordered to delete the video immediately. One student who dared to raise his voice on the behaviour of the college authorities was also made to shut up.

Once Goyal left the venue, the students said, the principal came on the stage and reprimanded the students for their uncooperative behaviour.

That would be better. I’ve tried archiving the above link on Wayback machine, but I did not have any luck.
