      I think it primarily comes from American cartoon culture. Little mermaid had it in 1989 but I know ive seen it in others. Probably even Looney tunes

      It’s a USA thing as far as I understand, for some reason many of them don’t realize with say haha the same way as they do.

        I feel like we (Americans) are taught these stereotypes to prevent us from relating, and breaking away from the indoctrination Republicans have worked so hard on

          Jesus Christ, it comes from cartoons dude. That’s not something you were taught maliciously it’s just a sound somebody thought was funny 40 years ago. Not everything is a conspiracy against you.
