Both Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said they had agreed to bolster border enforcement efforts in response to Trump’s demand to crack down on immigration and drug smuggling. That would pause 25% tariffs due to take effect on Tuesday for 30 days, both leaders said.

Looks like the tariffs might already be dead.

    He described the 10% import taxes as the “opening salvo” and said they could become “very, very substantial” if no agreement is made.

      What “agreement” even is there? “Destroy your economy for us and get nothing in return or else we’ll destroy our own economy and deal some damage to your economy in the process!”
