This happened to recently in oblivion remastered. Had to save and load fixed it.
Same here - turns out, there’s a bug in a quest where if you dodge the boss adds, they will literally chase you across the map and you will always be in combat lol. I had to backtrack to that dungeon and kill them to make it stop.
In “Where Winds Meet” you can ride those badassss, fight them as bosses or use them as skills. I wonder why 😁
RDR2 would piss me off to no end when trying to find a place to camp.
