Donations usually go through stuff like Paypal. Here are my thoughts:

• the money cannot be used to buy anything from outside Gaza
• the money can be used to buy inside Gaza, but because of the way markets work it’ll be really stupid
• only good thing is that it might fall into the resistance’s hands and they can make use of it, but then again they have larger sources of funding

Am I missing something? Is this just not productive?
