I don’t even watch most mainstream movies and haven’t seen almost any of the Marvel movies, but after seeing essentially the same headlines for two decades now every time the cast is a majority women or the director is a woman, it’s just like “okay, we get it, Americans overwhelmingly hate women, let’s move on to something new now.”
