Most people have never met a Nazi, or at least not one who is openly a Nazi. Unless you mean everyone who disagrees with you is a Nazi. I’ll just say that message isn’t winning voters, but you do you.
I hope you find compassion. But just in case, I carry.
I’ve been using forums since the late 90s and that might be the most pathetic thing I’ve seen on one. It’s like something Steven Seagal would post while ing. Bubby we’re communists and anarchists.
Nah, I’ve met nazis. Punk scene in my hometown used to be lousy with them. We dealt with that pretty quickly though. Don’t see em much at shows in Alberta now anyway.
We had literal nazis with SS flags living across the street from us when I was living in Calgary. There’s also a guy in my neighborhood in red deer who flies a Nazi flag above his garage. They’re out there.
A former partner’s family lived in upstate New York, North of Albany, and we’d visit occasionally. The neighbor flew a Confederate flag. Strange, for upstate New York.
Not technically, literally, a Nazi, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the guy was into that shit, too.
Hmmm. What kinds of voters are we losing with anti-Nazi messaging?
To be fair to you, I can see I maybe misrepresented your point. Your point was that calling everyone who disagrees with you a Nazi will not gain other people’s support because most have never met a Nazi. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
So, if we believe that most people have never met a Nazi which may or may not be true, then how are we supposed to communicate anti-Nazi messaging? Is it no longer acceptable just because of people’s alleged lack of exposure to Nazis? Wouldn’t that just also encourage Nazis to not only exist but to grow?
PS: I edited this thinking to give him credit because it’s possible he’s not a Nazi but just a little confused. Then he very quickly showed his ass. Really shouldn’t give the benefit of the doubt with these motherfuckers.
It depends on if you’re calling Nazis Nazis, or all Republican voters Nazis. Statistically, a bunch of Obama voters also voted for Trump. The Nazi messaging is really tired to swing voters.
Fair, I edited my comment while you were replying I think.
And, yeah, I would say people who supported the genocide of Palestinians have supported what, in my opinion, is the literal continuation of the same Holocaust begun by the Nazis in the 1930’s. Since I would consider anyone who supports the Holocaust a Nazi then I would say, yes, the US is full of liberal and MAGA Nazis and we speak with them often.

I call people who support the mass murder of children nazis because that’s what they are

From “please don’t call us Nazis 😢” to both-sides’ing a genocide in two comments, classic

Resistance to ethnic cleansing is justified and armed resistance to colonialism is enshrined as a right of peoples by the UN.
It’s pretty obvious who the good and who the bad guys are.
Hope you get hit with a brick.

the compassionate man bowed his head solemnly and spoke: “theres actually zero difference between good & bad things. you imbecile. you fucking moron”
“I’ll fucking shoot you.”
That comment should be a tagline:

Bro this is a website which means you said that only because it makes you feel good about yourself since clearly it’s irrelevant on the internet.
So you’re a “both sides” “don’t pick on the nazis” “by the way I have a gun” type of guy which is a fucking loser type of guy.
Get the fuck out of here you fucking loser.
Owned.

Inshallah one day we get to be so glib and ignorant but communism is the prevailing ideology.
"You can’t just advocate to have some asshole replace the leadership we voted for in our job. That’s not going to win my vote, but you do you "

I’ve lived so many places. States. Countries. I’ve never met an open Nazi. I’ve seen them on the internet though.
Guy who is openly boasting about his weapons and both sides’ing genocide: “hmm I wonder where all the nazis are?”

All I need is ten seconds on Twitter to prove your whole “there’s no such thing as nazis” lie wrong btw.
Someone’s a Nazi.

In the polices they support on trans people, the working class, women, and racial minorities, they’re Nazis in all but name.
Did you miss the part where we also think Obama and the joke of a party he represents are dogshit?
You’re conflating actual historical Nazis with regular fascists and fascist enablers which is how the term is used.
Hitler won with majority support, Nazis are ~50%+ pop
